Your Anniversaries

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 3, 2026

This English version is a translation of the German original. In case of doubt, the German version applies.

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing in connection with this website and the app “Your Anniversaries” is:

Paolo Schubert
Büdnerei 4
18059 Rostock
Germany
Email: support-wuensche@jahrestage-app.de

There is no legal obligation to appoint a data protection officer.

2. The app “Your Anniversaries”

The app works entirely on your device. It does not collect personal data, does not transmit anything to us or to third parties, and uses no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking services. As the provider, we have no access at any time to the content you store in the app.

  • Your entries, photos, audio recordings, notes and places are stored exclusively locally in the app’s storage on your device.
  • You create the ZIP backup yourself; where you pass it on or save it is entirely up to you.
  • Access to the microphone, photos, notifications and calendar happens only if you expressly allow it, and solely for the respective function on the device.

The app does not synchronize data through a server of its own. If you have turned on Apple’s iCloud Backup on your device, Apple may back up the app’s data to your private iCloud as part of the general device backup. Apple is responsible for this under Apple’s privacy policy; we have no access to it.

3. Purchase on the App Store

The app is obtained through the Apple App Store. Purchase processing, including payment and invoicing data, is handled exclusively by Apple. From Apple we only receive anonymized or aggregated sales reports from which we cannot identify you. Details are governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

4. Visiting the website (server log files)

When you visit this website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data that your browser transmits automatically: IP address, date and time of the request, the page or file requested, amount of data transferred, a message about whether the request succeeded, browser type and version, operating system and the previously visited page (referrer). We cannot attribute this data to any user; it is not combined with other data.

The purpose is to deliver the website and to ensure secure and stable operation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in this under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The server log files are deleted automatically after a short time, unless they are exceptionally needed to investigate a specific security incident.

The host of this website is ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Processing takes place on servers in Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host. Transmission is encrypted (TLS/SSL), recognizable by “https://” in the address bar.

5. Contacting us

If you write to us by email, we process your details (in particular your email address and the content of your message) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, if the matter concerns a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We store this data only as long as necessary to handle the request and delete it afterwards, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Cookies, analytics and external services

This website sets no cookies for analytics or advertising, embeds no external services and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are loaded locally from this server; no connection to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts) is made.

Language selection. The website is available in English and German. When you open the home page and the help pages, the server uses the language setting your browser transmits (Accept-Language) to decide which version to show; this information is not stored for that purpose. If you choose a language yourself using the switch in the page header, your browser stores that decision in a cookie called “sprache” (value “de” or “en”, valid for one year) so that you aren’t redirected again. The cookie contains no personal data and is only set when you use the switch. It is technically necessary to implement your language choice (Section 25(2) no. 2 of the German TDDDG); processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

7. No transfers to third countries, no automated decision-making

We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA. We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

8. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Where we base processing on a legitimate interest, you also have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent you have given with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is:

Der Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Mecklenburg-Vorpommern
(State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern)
Schloss Schwerin, Lennéstraße 1
19053 Schwerin, Germany
www.datenschutz-mv.de

9. Changes to this policy

We will amend this privacy policy if the website or the app change or if the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.

This policy was prepared to the best of our knowledge and describes the actual data processing. It does not replace individual legal advice.
